By using Wheel of Decisions ("the service") you agree to these terms. Don't use the service if you don't.

1. The service

We provide a free, browser-based wheel-spinning app and related features (saved wheels, AI generation, multiplayer challenges). The service is provided as-is, with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, including making life decisions. Don't spin the wheel to decide anything actually important — that's on you.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the content you create (wheel labels, challenge names, AI prompts). Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content and terminate accounts that break these rules.

3. AI-generated wheels

AI generations may be inaccurate, weird, or occasionally unsuitable. You're responsible for reviewing what you create before sharing. We log AI prompts to monitor abuse.

4. Acceptable use

No scraping, no automated abuse, no attempting to circumvent rate limits, no trying to break or overwhelm the service. Be a reasonable internet citizen.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service. Use it for fun. The wheel is random — don't bet anything on the outcome you can't afford to lose, literally or metaphorically.

6. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
