This policy explains what Wheel of Decisions ("we", "the site") collects, why, and what you can do about it. Plain English, no lawyer noise.

1. What we collect

Guests (no account): we record each spin anonymously (timestamp, which wheel, which result) so we can show a public spin counter and improve the product. No personal data is attached.

Account holders: we store your email, display name, language preference, the wheels you save, the spins you make, the challenges you host or join, and any AI generations you create. You can sign in with email or Google.

Technical: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and debugging, kept up to 30 days. We do not run third-party analytics or trackers at this time.

2. How we use it

  • Run the wheel and save your data across devices.
  • Show aggregate spin counts on the homepage.
  • Send transactional emails (sign-in, password reset, challenge invites). No marketing emails without opt-in.
  • Detect abuse, spam, and security issues.

3. Who we share it with

We use Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase) to host your data and Lovable AI Gateway to power AI wheel generation. We do not sell your data, ever. We disclose data only when legally required.

4. Advertising & cookies

We use Google AdSense to display ads on this site. Google and its third-party vendors may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or learn more about how vendors use cookies at aboutads.info. We also use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. EU/UK visitors are shown a consent prompt before any non-essential cookies load.

5. Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your stats page, or email us at the address below and we will do it within 14 days. EU/UK/CA users have the right to access, correct, export, or delete their data under GDPR/CCPA — same email works.

6. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
